How it works
Our 32-tonne, 8-wheel Mercedes grab lorry pulls up, grabs the waste and takes it away. The crane reaches 7 metres, so it can lift over most walls and fences. Every load is weighed on the onboard scales, so you know exactly what's been taken.
The same lorry tips too, so we can bring aggregates or topsoil on the way in and take your waste on the way out.
Paying
Cash, credit or debit card, or BACS, either in advance or on arrival.
Green waste
Tree stumps and green waste such as bushes need a separate grab, as they go to a green recycling centre.
Please tell us about any hazards before we arrive, or as soon as we get there: overhead or buried cables (TV, BT or electric), manholes, grates and other utility points.
Japanese knotweed must be declared. By law it has to go through a controlled removal procedure.
